National EDI programme
The MD England partnership has commissioned a research exercise to inform a new national programme aimed at encouraging museums to embrace Equality, Diversity and Inclusion (EDI).
The programme should be ready to start between October 2024 and April 2025, details will appear here as soon as they are available.
Between 2020 and 2024 MD London ran its own programme on EDI entitled ‘Developing the Inclusive Museum’, in which 44% of Accredited non-national museums in London participated.
